The GPCA fully supports rescue programs across the United States in support of abused and unwanted Great Pyrenees. The many GPCA Regional Clubs and individuals that have built rescue programs in their area take in these dogs and bring them current on all their vaccines, micro chipped, spayed/neutered, de-wormed, tested for heartworm, restored to full health, and evaluated as suitable for adoption before being placed in a new pre-qualified home.
The below list of contacts are GPCA Regional Clubs and GPCA Members who work in Great Pyrenees Rescue in their area. While other organizations may have names similar to the GPCA, these individuals/groups are the only ones sponsored by the GPCA. Please contact your available resource for assistance with a Pyrenees that needs rescue or if you are looking to adopt a Pyr.
